Just asking because I see you saying you tried airplane mode, etc.... but I've never seen you mention the last part of what he recommended to you in this thread:
"However, if the issue still persists delete the app and try reinstalling it".

(I feel for you though; I hate it when an app works for everyone else but me!)

I'm hesitant though, someone said that they deleted the App and re-downloaded it but their save didn't work. How are the saves used? Are they on your iPhone or on Ubi servers?

So how do I connect to uPlay on my iPhone? Go to Settings and uPlay from there and it downloads my progress automatically or what?

Hello everyone!
Can you please try the following steps and see if they resolve the crash issue for you.

o Try opening the game in the airplane mode and play the game for few minutes.

o Switch off the airplane mode and continue playing, try this couple of times if you don’t
succeed in the first go.

o However, if the issue still persists delete the app and try reinstalling it.

Drop a comment here if this workarounds did not help.

I reinstalled since the other tips didn't work but now all my progress and gems/cash are gone. I resigned back in thru Uplay/Facebook but I'm still at the start.

Someone else says I can download my progress from the servers. Since you made no mention of this I'm curious as to how we do this. I wouldn't have deleted my game if I had known I could lose progress and IAPurchases.

Having the exact same issue since this morning.
I reinstalled the app and tried to retrieve my old save file from the server, but afterwards it still crashes.
Seems like the save file is bugged or smth.
