    Just asking because I see you saying you tried airplane mode, etc.... but I've never seen you mention the last part of what he recommended to you in this thread:

    (I feel for you though; I hate it when an app works for everyone else but me!)
    I'm hesitant though, someone said that they deleted the App and re-downloaded it but their save didn't work. How are the saves used? Are they on your iPhone or on Ubi servers?

    So how do I connect to uPlay on my iPhone? Go to Settings and uPlay from there and it downloads my progress automatically or what?

    I reinstalled since the other tips didn't work but now all my progress and gems/cash are gone. I resigned back in thru Uplay/Facebook but I'm still at the start.

    Someone else says I can download my progress from the servers. Since you made no mention of this I'm curious as to how we do this. I wouldn't have deleted my game if I had known I could lose progress and IAPurchases.

    Having the exact same issue since this morning.
    I reinstalled the app and tried to retrieve my old save file from the server, but afterwards it still crashes.
    Seems like the save file is bugged or smth.
