i´m a huge trials fan and loved the multiplayer in evo please don´t take it away!!!
not everyone of us lives door to door with his friends so they can play on one couch!!!
i´m still buying this awesome game (with season pass) but i´m really hoping this is one awful joke for the 1. of april

EDITED as I was wrong it seems. Basically my comments were that the multiplayer as it was isn't that enjoyable as it lacked depth. If they do bring it back i hope it has some sort of challenge or skill based levelling and not the type that rewards grinding and quiting.

There will be multiplayer, just not at launch.

I can't say much other than what ANBA said in the IGN interview, but MP is coming. Local MP at launch, with online MP to follow as a free update for everyone who purchases Trials Fusion.

I really liked the ghost mode multiplayer mode on extreme tracks, true skill multiplayer game and I for one hope it really comes back.

Almost got a hear-attack.

Most of the time i played Trials Evolution: Gold Edition i spent it on downloading custom tracks on the track central ( both trials tracks and supercross tracks ) and playing them together with my buddies in a private online session.

Of course the standard online-mode with non-custom tracks grew boring rather quickly. So i won't miss that one too much.

But please give us the private session multiplayer as soon as possible.

Or better yet. A matchmaking system where you can filter for lobbies with custom-tracks or ones without them ( and possibly a desired difficulty of tracks ) and players in that lobby take turns on who chooses what map is being played ( being able to choose from custom tracks from the track central and legacy tracks ).

I haven't had Xbox Live Gold in years, so I don't care either way about online MP ha. However, it seems strange to have it come out after the launch. What's the reasoning behind that?
