I purchased the 1000 gems for 19.99, and got charged twice from the iTunes Store. And I only got 1000 gems, so it was not a mis-tap. How do we get this taken care of?

For anyone worried about making a future purchase, we have not yet been able to validate that this has happened. We have also not heard any other reports of being "double charged".

xzamples, if you could provide any further details (or itunes receipt) it would be very helpful, as obviously we want to properly reward anyone who has been kind enough to make a purchase in our game!

So.... I guess I'm going to have to take this to Apple since it's been forgotten. I've shown the receipts, I have been charged twice for a single purchase. It's been three days since I started this thread .

Same happened to me with the Handful of Gems, I bought one, got charged for two. I didn't mistap or anything.

same here, my daughter bought the starter pack, got charged twice. somehow i get a feel this is a huuuuge issue.. more people should check their receits and bank accounts. redlynx better give some good answears real quick.

special starter pack cost 21 nok, my card got charged 42 nok. ill show proof if needed.

and like xzamplez, i want a refund, not more virtual gems.

I have proof aswell. You can't even buy the Starter Pack twice anyway. Once you buy it, then it goes away and you can't purchase it again if I'm right so we should definitely get refunded.

We are sorry to hear about the purchase issue you all faced. If you are charged twice please approach Apple to refund you the money for the second transaction. Unfortunately, there is no way through which we can refund you the money. The money goes directly to Apple and not us.
