Hey! I've got an issue with Trials Frontier on my iPhone 5S. Today I was playing a track where I had to defeat the ghost opponent. After trying for a while I got bored and shut down the app by first pausing the game and then pressing home button on my phone. So the app was/is still running in the background as I can see it when I double-tap home button now, and the game is still on that situation where I paused it. The screen haa frozen and the app autimatically shuts after a while. If I try to open the app by pressing it's icon on my iPhone homepage it shows just a black screen and then shuts.
I've tried to switch off/on and resetting phone but everytime it seems like it's stuck in that one level. Anyone help?
I don't want to re-download the app if I have to start over.
This exact problem happened to me today, except I was on the town screen. I "minimized" the app and the next day, it was frozen and will just go black screen and close after 20 seconds or so.Originally Posted by anttikoskinenn Go to original post
I'm glad that there's somebody else with the same problem. This really gets me down me because there are no many mobile games I like to play for longer than a day or two :P Hopefully we'll get the solution soon!
Sorry, I can't comment on the issue itself, except for this:
You won't have to start over if you have logged in to UPlay and your progress has been successfully sent to our servers. There's no way for you to verify this without launching the game, but I guess you could take a backup of your phone via iTunes and use that in case the progress has not been sent.Originally Posted by anttikoskinenn Go to original post
Btw, you can get the progress back by simply logging in to UPlay. If you do have any progress saved on the server, you'll get a popup asking you if you want to use it.
This worked. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and you have to play the first 3 tracks again. AFter that I logged into UPlay and it found my old game.Originally Posted by AnttiKi Go to original post
