Clearly I am getting the run around here. Technical support wants me to go to the forums, you here at the forum want me to go to technical support. Unfortunately I will have to think twice before purchasing another Ubisoft game. I cannot support a company of such low standards. If returning your broken game was an option, I would get my money back in a heartbeat.
The forums are not a replacement for Support, we have no access to your account details or in this case Your Shape Center from the forums.
We can pass along information to Technical Support, as in this case where I have passed all the details including ticket numbers to them.
Technical Support have as detailed in your post they have forwarded it to the development team for further review. They have said If any additional information becomes available, it will be detailed on the game's official forum at http://forums.ubi.com and our Support Website (http://support.ubi.com).
At this moment we do not have further information as they are currently investigating.
Yet technical support is leaving me no option but to rely on the forums for support??? My only option of update at this point will be a forum post, which may or may not even be created. How can I know this issue was even looked at by your development team? I would like to know if it is being worked on or if my ticket was rejected by to focus on games that make Ubisoft more $$. I read somewhere that only friends who have your shape fitness and have registered and connected to the your shape center will show up on the friendslist. I want the uplay points reward lol. Hi NingJare, I will add you and we can give this another shot. The friends list has never worked for me on the your shape center website. I used to have multiple friends with the game but no one was able to get the feature to work. I've put u posts on the forum talked to support, and it seems like Ubisoft has no interest in revisiting this problem, and that really shows a lack of concern for the customer.
Can it really be this difficult to take a few guys of some project, to have them work 2-3 days to make a croud of PAYING customers happy ?
Looking at the community trueachievements.com, this game is played by more than 20.000 gamers on that site alone. This is people dedicated to gaming, and achivements. If it suddenly got rumoured that Ubisoft has games with broken achievements in them, a lot of these gamers would actually avoid buying Ubisoft titles out of caution.
The same has happend to EA. They have a strong income in sports titles and they will not go bankrupt anytime soon, but they have definately felt the cut in sales.
So i sincerely hope that Ubisoft will start to take this problem serious, instead of making it a floater in the support department.

seems to work, however none of the links work apart from the login link, which just takes me back to the same page. I am very disappointed with this game and have paid full price for something that only half works. I will be leaving a 1 star review. I bought this on the basis I could use the online features. I should have learned my lesson from the last game that promised online features. The company does so for a short time then stops supporting it and the feature disappears. I won't be buying these types of games again.
