Hello, I have recently purchased Fitness Evolved and have linked my gamer tag and windows account to my uplay account. I have registered and signed up with everything that I need to get access to the Your Shape Center. Unfortunately I am unable to see my Fiends in the your shape center. The FAQ for Your Finess Evolved are outdated and I am beginning to wonder if the feature has been disable. I have confirmed multiple people on my friends list are having the same exact issue. (Angry Ubisoft customers who are trying to get the Ready Steady GO! achievement).
When I log into Your Shape Center and go to the Leader boards tab. I click the “Sign in” link located next to the “To keep an eye on your friends and to invite them into this challenge, please login with your Xbox Live account right there! Sign in:”. All the browser will do is refresh. I have tried IE10, FF, and Chrome. I have also tried in private browser for FF and Chrome (like recommended by Ubisoft support) with no luck.
Is there anyone who has had the same problem and found a fix?
Thank you,
I am not happy trying to set up a challenge. I was able to link my profile to the website and I was lucky enough to register for an event as well. (got both achievements)
It will not let me set up a challenge. When I go to the challenges tab on the left then select CREATE CHALLENGE I am able to enter a description and calorie amount but when I click CREATE I'm told I need to add at least 1 friend.
To the right it says invite friends with NO friends list
and under that it says:
"To keep an eye on your friends and to invite them into this challenge, please login with your Xbox Live account right there! Sign in"
When I click the "Sign in" the page refreshes back to the original CHALLENGES page.
I also found the same login prompt on the leaderboard page with the same problem
I have friends on this game that are also having the same problem.
What am I doing wrong. Or what is UBI doing wrong?
I just wanted to confirm I am having the same exact problem as JBSlick420. I am unable to create a challenge because of this problem. Also because Ubisoft support is ignoring my questions, I will update with the responses I get. They clearly did not read my ticket.

Hello Support,
I have my uplay account correctly linked to my xbox 360 gamer tag/windows ID but I am unable to view my friends list via the Your Shape Center website. Multiple people have confirmed issues with the friends list, is there a bug that is preventing me from seeing my friends list?
Thank you,

If you are receiving any connection issues please try the following:
- Start by testing your Xbox live connection with the following steps:
1. Start at the Xbox 360 dashboard.
2. From the My Xbox menu scroll to the far right to System Settings.
3. Choose Network Settings.
4. Select your connection type (wired or wireless).
5. Choose Test Xbox Live connection.
- If this test shows your connection as either moderate or strict then you will most likely have some sort of interference within your connection to the online servers.
- There are three possible NAT types:
Open NAT (Green)
- Open NAT has no restrictions and will be able to connect with any other players
Moderate NAT (Orange)
- Moderate NAT will have some restrictions and be unable to communicate or play with users with a strict NAT.
Strict NAT (Red)
- Strict NAT may not be able to join or communicate in certain game sessions. Average matchmaking wait times will be affected.
If your NAT type is moderate or strict, please try the steps below:
1. Restart your network hardware. Turn off your Xbox 360, Modem and Router and wait about 15 - 30 seconds
2. Fully power up your modem
3. Fully power up your router
4. Turn on your Xbox 360 and test the Xbox Live connection again.
- At this point if you still have trouble, then you may have a firewall interfering with your connection. Please configure the following network ports and enable UPnP through your router.
Xbox Live
TCP: 53, 80, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
- Finally, if this does not solve your problem try placing your Xbox 360 in the DMZ of the router or establishing a direct connection to your modem and retry.

Thank you,
I have to echo the previous comments on this thread. This should be a very straightforward thing to do but the Ubisoft website just does not help. I've seen on other forums a requirement to sign in with a Windows Live ID but I never seem to be presented with that option. I am always taken back to UPlay/Ubisoft sign-in screens and consequently have yet to see any friends appear on the Challenge screen. I have lost tack of how much time I have lost on what should only take a matter of seconds/minutes at most. Very unhappy!
It still has not been fixed? That sucks. The last person to accept or set up a challenge was on March 22 2014 according to trueachievements.com.
I would like to add that My xbox is in the DMZ and I really don't see how the response ubisoft gave you was relevant to the problem.
I have emailed UBISoft and they responded that they were aware of the situation for a couple weeks now but had no further information.
I will continue to send in my email every 4 days so they do not think the problem has been fixed. I might even set up a facebook account so I can make it obvious there is a problem with U play on the U play facebook page.
We have to get them through every avenue.
Hey everyone, I copy/pasted my last response from support along with my response. Please, whoever else is having this problem, I encourage you to spend some time and try the proposed solution. Then post your experience. If you need any help clearing your cache and cookies, send me a PM and I can explain how to do it..

Rion,
Thank you for your response. I have already done all of what you have requested before I contacted Ubisoft support. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. I have tried private browser for FireFox and Chrome. To be clear I also cleared my cache and cookies before and after each test.
I have even tried on a different computer with a freshly installed copy of Windows 7 and Internet Explore. I am still having the same issue.
-I do not have Apple Safari available to me.
Thank you,

The first thing I would like for you to do is to clear your web browser's cache and cookies. This can be done through the settings.
Try accessing the page again and see if the problem persists.
If so, try a different browser from one or more listed below:
-Mozilla Firefox
-Google Chrome
-Internet Explorer
-Apple Safari
When trying a different browser, make sure that you clear the cache and cookies for it as well.
Let me know if the problem persists.
I actually contacted the last person to unlock the achievement on trueachievements.com. The friends list is currently not working for him as well. He claimed he had no idea why it unlocked.Originally Posted by JBSlick420 Go to original post
OK…My latest exchange with support. I fear my ticket is going straight to the trash bin at Ubisoft.
Ubi-Mush – Can you please confirm if my ticket was submitted to your development team?
HolyDozer20144/1/2014 9:55:03 PM
Rion,
Thank you very much for your help. However, I have checked the forum and I currently do not see any sort of post or thread from Ubisoft detailing this issue. Will a specific thread or post be created? If my ticket is resolved/rejected by your development team, will that be updated in the forum as well?
Thank you,
Rion4/1/2014 3:04:12 PM
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Thank you for reporting this issue. It will be forwarded to the development team for further review. That is all I can do at this time, as we have no further information.
If any additional information becomes available, it will be detailed on the game's official forum at http://forums.ubi.com and our Support Website (http://support.ubi.com).
