Just an FYI I linked my Uplay account to my RedLynx account (which I am more than happy to do), but:

- my post counts are gone and i'm forced to captcha each time I post
- all profile info is gone
- forum signature gone
- friends list is empty
- access to topics I've started is gone

and most heart breaking of all my track thread and teams track threads are nowhere to be seen and can't even be found via a search. Seeing as discovering and discussing custom tracks is a big part of the forums and builders pour countless hours into their creations I hope all this will be factored into the equation in bringing this new place to life.

Dahaka, I realize this is a major inconvenience. However, as this migration is still in an early stage, there is a lot to be worked out. Some threads have not been implemented yet and the profiles are taking longer than expected to link. We will have more information for you on these issues in the coming days. But I just want to thank you so much for your patience as we continue to finalize this migration.

it keeps asking me to select my screen name but there is nothing to select any idea how to fix iv been in settings but its the same thing i need to select a screen name to change it and there's still nothing to select

You can link your various accounts to your forum profile and then select one of those as a screen name. For example, I'm using my XBL GT. I dont have any further info for you, this is just what I have discovered from looking at the various settings I can adjust for the forum.

It's important to you guys so it's important to us. We'll have more info on fixes as they are identified and implemented.

This is a known issue for some users and it is being looked into. I will let you know when I have more info.

If your having trouble logging in...

The solution is 1. Unlink your GT from your Uplay account 2. Log in the forums with Uplay and link it


This worked for me
Log into ubi and unlink xbox Gt... Log out... Log into Ubi Forums and relink it

So it does appear as though this work around fixes the login issue for some users. However, I would also try to remain patient as too much fiddling with your account may cause unforeseen issues. The best thing you can do right now is to be patient as IT works on these issues over the next several days.

Yeah me too. I've been trying to log in here since yesterday with my Uplay ID and password, it'd log in, get to the welcome page then **** the bed and gimme a text filled whitescreen. Just logged into Uplay, unlinked my XBL GT from it and got straight in here...doesn't want to let me connect my RL account though..keep getting TRY AGAIN. Cancelled it in the end in the hope I can do it at a later date when all of our old RL stuff has been transferred over here successfully, as of now everybody's lost everything from what I've seen.

Gotta say I'm pretty unimpressed with the way this has been handled too, not liking the new forum so far either.

I really hope this works out though, it should be exciting times but feels more like the end of something recently.

I've noticed today that a lot more threads have been populated now, so hopefully thats a sign that they will get here eventually Joe.
