What is happening with True Fans, what about their status?

Our Post Counts?

Will there be a "New posts" button. (Only thing I used)

By new posts button I mean one exclusive to this forum, and not the entirety of everything on this entire thing.

ALSO Will webchat remain open, that's about all you left us with.

True Fans - True Fans are still True Fans in their games, we will look into bringing this group back for the forums, but it won't be in the next few days.

Post Counts - I am investigating post counts, the goal is to return those counts to what they should be with posts here and at the previous forum.

New Posts - This is definitely something I am looking into as well, but I can't make any promises about it right now.

Webchat - I've heard nothing about closing webchat. I'll check to see if it is possible to get it added to the header links.

Cool, at least New posts would make the place usable.

Removing webchat would just be blasphemy, if not a header link sticky a thread with a link?

Can someone please explain:

1- how I get my RL account back, and NOT post under my Uplay account?
2- how i get all my PMs back, and access to my old threads including a stiky for the Evo Database?

I would also welcome:
1-New Posts button (only thing I ever used);
2-Post Count restored (had 1000's)
3-TF colour at some point

Right now it feels like all the work I put into this forum and game the last 2 years is completely wiped out, nice.

We are currently working on getting RL accounts enabled to be primary accounts. As you have thousands of posts, it will take a little while. We are in the first hours of a very robust forum transfer and things will take some time to get things working smoothly. I know you are frustrated, but we are working hard to make sure these forums are a welcoming place you and all other fans of Trials and RedLynx.

EDIT: As for the "New Posts" button, there is a "What's New" tab in the upper left corner. However, this will populate all forums under Ubisoft. Since that is a feature I really liked, I will see if there is a way to get that forum specific.

Apparently this happened to me too even though i know for sure I tried every single password i have and have been using my whole life.... Can we do some sort of password reset using our emails please? Would be great, otherwise im not gonna be foruming just to get my new account to what it used to be.

Just an FYI I linked my Uplay account to my RedLynx account (which I am more than happy to do), but:

- my post counts are gone and i'm forced to captcha each time I post
- all profile info is gone
- forum signature gone
- friends list is empty
- access to topics I've started is gone

and most heart breaking of all my track thread and teams track threads are nowhere to be seen and can't even be found via a search. Seeing as discovering and discussing custom tracks is a big part of the forums and builders pour countless hours into their creations I hope all this will be factored into the equation in bringing this new place to life.
