Wait so let me get this straight....we cannot edit the title of a thread? So when someone releases a new track they have to get a mod to edit their title every time?

You should now see that sticky threads and so on are repopulated. As for using your RL account, what you may need to do as a workaround (give it a few days first) is to link your XBL account to your Uplay account, at which point you should be able to use your XBL GT as your screen name. Some of us have been here for other games and have that function already set up, so you may see a couple of people who have already done this. However, I would recommend leaving it (as you suggested yourself) and trying to correct that kind of thing in afew days once the forums are running even more smoothly than they are today.

No, the old forum database houses private user information that will not be turned over for a community run forum.

Havnt read past Pg3 yet, but i hate seeing Redlynx get hate. The guys at RL (i can say just from what iv seen with things such as livestreams and joining the forums around a month or less ago - even though it seems like a lot longer haha, love trials and redlynx always - and the reason why i say RL even with these changes that a lot of you are upset about, is because - youll see later in this part!) Why not try to help them fix all the problems rather than just get mad?

Also, I was unable to merge my accounts because (like i mentioned earlier) I got a 'Try again!' message each time i entered my for-sure correct passwords. So if you guys could manually merge them or something or provide a fix for the 'Try again' error so i can have my well-earned plus 100 postscount in under 2 weeks haha, then that would be gr8 -with an 8! ~~Also just noticed that the colours panel for colouring your text when typing your post is gone.... that should definately come back.
S0 yea, i said earlier that i would mention something that would say why you shouldnt be mad at RL for this change.... its because Shifty posted (dont know if this is exactly how it was said) something like this: 'Lets just say that having a Ubisoft account that can work on multiple platforms and mobile devices might be a good thing.. ' If im interpreting correctly, i think i know what that might mean....!! Thanks for all the support RL even though these changes might have shouldve not happened - unless the previous line i said means what i think it means!, then it that case, this is a fantastic change for the better.

Have you tried the RedLynx login boxes on the very bottom of the forum page?

Also just noticed that the colours panel for colouring your text when typing your post is gone.... that should definately come back.
