The Mona Lisa has no eyebrows. It was the fashion in Renaissance Florence to shave them off!

Buttermilk does not contain any butter. It’s usually a simple recipe containing lemon juice, white vinegar and milk.

The Great Pyramid doesn't have any tombs nor hieroglyphs. Just empty rooms and shafts.

Wow, actually looked it up and it seems to be true...

Word is though, one of the old "non-enforced" laws around here (Utah) is that it's illegal to walk down Main Street wearing a Hawaiian shirt playing a ukulele...

And a duel to the death with pistols is legal if done on State Street at high noon.

(some elements of this might not be entirely accurate)

Also here's a link I found regarding Utah and silly laws. Not much digging, just a quick google search.

Honestly, it just seems outdated or absurd. But laws in Utah, that's how we roll.

You know they're pushing for legal smoking age to be 21 here? And I think what's called a "zion curtain" (so children don't see alcoholic drinks being made) is close to being in effect.

Agghhh back to the stone age with us.

Do you know that there was a survey to see how many 9th graders did weed? And 68% said they did
