will the PC version be badly optimized again?

Just asking since Trials Evolution on PC still feels like a cash-in and not optimized for any computer, including running bad on decent spec medium and high end machines.

Not buying another cash-in that's for sure, but I do like the Trials series and might have to play on a 360 or something.

Re: will the PC version be badly optimized again?

    A) Would you honestly expcet to see "yes" as a response?
    B) This is a new game and has been developed for each platform side by side so its a different scenario.
    C) If you're that concerned wait and see feedback after release.

But I'd be surprised if any platform has more issues than any other due to the developement being side by side. So hopefully all platforms will have a really well made product, much like HD and Evo.

Yes now that you mention we actually had a perfectly optimized Version but then we saw that consoles make us more money . In our continuing vision of making more Money we added Tearing, 1280x800 max resolution oh and we reduced the squirrel resolution and some people call them penguins. oO

Hmm. I posted a thread about this but it got deleted I think? I have not received any reason why. I sincerely hope this isn't yet another forum full of over-zealous moderators!

I'm curious about this too. I've been a huge fan of of the Trials series, and own Trials HD and Evo on the good 'ol Xbox.

I'm more of a PC gamer these days so I picked this up on Steam today, and it seems to run very badly. I'm quite disappointed actually. Now, considering my PC runs BF4, Crysis 3, Metro Last Light etc. on Ultra no problems, I didn't expect there to be massive slowdown on this title...

Is this just because it's not fully optimized yet as it's early access? I'm hoping this is the case.

A little reassurance would be nice though, I'm new around here so not sure if this has come up before. The framerate problems are a big deal on a game all about timing and control surely?

    Thanks,

    KN
