I recommend that you do NOT change your device clock like that. It will break the game at the moment and can get you banned as well.
Does this glitch happen only when you play around with your device clock? If yes, there's a good chance that we are already aware of it, but extra information never hurts in cases like this.

    Re: V.1.2.0 review.

I didn't realize there was a second glitch until late the next day. Basically, what I did, as this is what happened accidentally the first time, is spin the slot machine, but don't do the race. This happened as it was late and I didn't realize that I had no more gas left. Waiting for the gas to refill, I fell asleep and my guess is, is that if you spin, but don't race, then let the device turn off on its own, then it won't update. I think as it thinks there is a race going on, it won't update til its played while it's in the off position. It's also worth noting that when I opened Trials Frontier in the morning,

Hope this makes sense. Nova and Dahaka have kept me up wayyy past my bedtime.

PS: It's not like I did these glitches on purpose, I came across them. This glitch has been devastating to me as I lost my rewards that I unlocked leveling up the slot machine and on top of that I've spent $90.00 of my own money buying coins and gems! I'm invested, not trolling, let me make that crystal clear! If you want to ban me cause I cared enough to contact RedLynx and report this glitch, then someone seriously has their prerogatives backwards. I shouldn't be blamed for something that wasn't my fault.

But threatening to ban me is a pretty big jump from just asking me not to try to replicate the glitch again. Especially when I came across it by accident in the first place.

he probably just meant that some security is in place that would prevent certain ways of abuse and those can get people banned or break the game

    Re: V.1.2.0 review.

On a side note: In the past, most of the times I've broken a game, its from curiosity, and not from a malicious place. For example, when I bought Skyrim, the first thing i did was climb the tallest mountain in the game. Only your not supposed to get all the way too the top til later in the game. Due to an autosave feature, my first 6 hrs of game play was lost, as every time I loaded the save file, it would place me inside the mountain.

It was weeks before I picked up Skyrim again.

So to recap, no I don't break games on purpose, it's my curiosity that usually does me in. In this case however, it was something that just happened. Not cause I was curious, not cause I have negative feelings toward Redlynx, it just happened and I was the unlucky person to come across it.

Exactly. It was more like a warning than a threat. I appreciate the feedback and information about the glitch and I'm _not_ going to ban you in any way.
My point is that if you do play around with the local clock, there can be an automatic punishment.

I'll take a look at the glitch when I have a minute.

Now I think that maybe there is a glitch... My slot machine clock also have changed, at first updates at 18:00 +/- but now at 21:00... probably you are right mate!!

+1 Probably the easier way to know if there is a glitch or not.

    Re: V.1.2.0 review.

Hey guys, last comment on the slot machine I have time to answer right now.

From everything I've seen so far the slot machine behavior is as expected. XP rewards to not increase each level, and every level becomes more difficult to level up to. Maybe these numbers could use some balancing, but the experience you hare now having of it taking a long time to reach the next level in the upper-teens is as expected.

Regarding actual payout, these also seem to be inline with what is expected. The numbers I've seen on this forum, and what we've investigated internally, so far look pretty good, and offering much more would weight the game so dramatically toward the slot machine that it would break the entire economy balance.

Regarding the time of reset changing, this is also as expected. If your daily timer runs down the slot machine does not right away start the next 24 hour timer. It waits until you are ready to play again and THEN starts a whole new timer. This is to be fair to players so they always have the same chance of getting the best daily prizes, and it can result in the machine restarting at different times in the day. It is custom to each person.

Finally, about changing the system clock, this can indeed have negative consequences as the game will detect this as an attempt to cheat, so I would not recommend doing this with your own game just for testing purposes.

Thanks a lot for all the in depth discussion on the slot machine. If you have any other comments or feedback I'm more than happy to hear them, I just might not have time to address every single one.

Now off to wrap up our next SUPER HOT feature which should be coming pretty soon!

I see. I have to apologize then. I think I definitely took that the wrong way. It wasn't intentional at all and I won't be attempting to do the glitch again.

However, I might be able to show you in a video of what I did up until the spot or time that it glitched. I'll try to attach audio to it. That way, its not just a video, but a documentary. lol
