I never got random FR until I hi top hundred :/

I also fell victim to captain range and his low balling tracks. He messaged me hating on one of my earlier courses because I held the top time, and told me in a message he refused to play any course where the builder was the top guy. I told him to play it anyway because he may like it anyway so he did then rated it five stars and he sucked up afterwards. Then the next course I released he gave me the exact same treatment, except he sent me a message after he had 1* rated on multiple accounts. needless to say I wasn't happy. Then he FR me anyway.

My policy for random FR

1. Accept without a second thought,
2. Ask them why, and if the reason is anything other than to compete against my times, I remove them.

Yeah I'm weird like that...
