    Jolan 2014: New Walk & Jump map! [March 7]

    Type: Trial, Skill (under Trial in TC)
    "Walk&J: Bike-shmike"
    Control the man using gas & break, press Y to make him jump.
    A medium length course in which you ditch the bike and take it by foot instead!
    Better arm physics make him look tough rather than floppy, he takes this course like a man!
    Submiting the track under trials mode enables you to race your friends in multiplayer .

    Gave it a 2 star, sorry but it wasn't very good. If you want some tips on how to improve it then just say and I can give you my reasoning as to why I didn't think it was good.

    The deco wasn't consistent/existent, the obstacles weren't planned out well, they were floating, you could still finish even if you hit the wrong colour near the end. Try and make something really simple, but structured, and in a neat environment, once you do that then you can hone in on the obstacles and really make them good. But start simple and it'll be a lot better.

    I understand your concerns, & I will take them into consideration when I try to make something serious in the future . I'm not a fan of tire-specific obstacles, I feel that the rider should tackle them as they see fit. Because of that the floating obstacles aren't a big deal to me; they are just as realistic as the color restriction. I enjoy 'cheating' a map, that is to say still beating it in a manner not meant by the author; so I figured allowing the player to sort of fumble over the finish line would be humorous. In fact to obtain platinum you have to dive underneath the checkpoint instead of going over top which is very difficult yet very satisfying if accomplished. ( I can get just under 6 seconds in testing). It doesn't matter how you beat the map, as long as you do... without modding of course .
    As for the empty background, the map is full of colors. Green is safe, orange is one wheel, and blue the other. I felt a rainbow was in order .
