Yep. Just says failed to start.
I'm shocked.
Edit: now uplay rejects my product key that steam gave me.

If it says failed to start (app already running), it means uplay is already loaded somewhere, gotta start it from there then.

I don't think Shifty can do anything here. You'll have to contact ubi support about the Uplay issue and Steam about the non-working code. You could also ask Ubi about the code but they're propably gonna point you to Steam.

I've been thrown around by ubisoft before, they dont fix anything, I'll just leave it.

I am a bit confused right now. Can you give a bit more information on what it going on?
Are you getting a Steam error like "Steam Error: Unknown Error", if so, there isn't a lot I can do for you, you'll need to contact Steam support.
Is it a Uplay error? If so, Ubisoft Support would be the best support outlet.
If you are entering the code into Uplay, and it keep saying that the code is incorrect, please try typing the code in (no copy/paste) and using 'shift' or 'caps-lock'. There have been reported issues where Uplay displays codes in caps, but the characters are not seen by the Uplay client as being capitalized. As codes are case-sensitive the code may be rejected by Uplay.
