I'v just lost over 3 hours worth of building. I save as much as I can but somehow forgot this morning.

Shut down and rebooted. Went back to the editor and the same thing happened again. Selecting bike parts to detatch made my xbox freeze.

Has anybody come across this and is there a solution?

Edit: 3 times now in the exact same place in th editor :s

How much complexity or glued objects have you got laying around? Could be a possibility.

Roughly 10% complexity and no glued groups...strange isn't it. Never had this problem before.

It used to do the same thing to me, but someday it just stopped

Old post, still doing it?
Dunno about this but maybe move the driving line so that the bike is away from the problem area, then try. Or select a checkpoint to move the bike.
