A friend not getting authorizaton for forum account creation

So I have a friend on trials gold who has been trying to get an active forum account here for a good while now.
Apparently "support" contacted him 3 days ago saying there nothing they can do, which i think is crap tbh.

I have also tried as have a few more people on the PC side to make a new account,
We don't get the activation emails either.

I would like to think more can be done for him then just a reply saying "nothing we can do".
Especially if the scale of this is larger and is affecting more people then just him not being able to join the forums.

He plays trials on the PC and his uplay username is Vantier

With the recent steam sales i'm sure there is a lot of people trying to make a forum account..

I tried to make an account as well and no dice. This is something that should really be looked into.

This is the first I have heard about this. Let me send some emails and see if we can't get to the bottom of it.

Edit: can you have your friend check his junk/spam folder in his inbox?

Yeah, both tycoon and Vantier have checked those folders,
There is nothing there they tell me.

I just used a new email address and created an account. The verification email was literally delivered less than a minute later.

Doesn't work for me at all. I've tried multiple email accounts, too

There shouldn't be any difference whatsoever. It's just generating a link and sending it to the email address on file. It shouldn't matter what email you are using, or your geographical location in the world.

My advice is to check junk mail and spam folders for the email.

I literally received my verification email 5 seconds after completing the form.

    Big images are big.

I can verify these accounts, but they likely won't receive any emails from the forums. Just drop me the exact account names that need to be verified.
