Will there ever be support for Parallels Desktops?

    Hi,

I recently bought Trials Evolution: Gold Edition on Steam during the Winter Steam Sale and was very eager to play it on my Windows partition using Parallels Desktop 9. However, when I opened it up and attempted to load any tracks or choose a bike from the bike selection screen (Garage), the game automatically quits out to the uPlay launcher. I'm able to run every single game I've attempted to play before this one. I am not able to update or downgrade any driver firmwares because Parallels uses its own display adapter. I've browsed these forums without a solution and saw that you guys don't support Parallels. I feel like I've wasted my money and time because of this issue. Will this issue ever be resolved or are there any solutions to this problem I and other OSX users are facing.

Specs I gave to my Windows 7 partition:
Processor 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 2 cores
    Memory 8gb
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 1Gb

Hello? It has been almost 2 weeks without a response. Are you "community specialists" intentionally skipping this question? I see posts that you guys replied to that were posted much later than mine.

Hello Ryan, most of us were on winter break when this question was asked, so this is the first I have seen it. The issue you are describing has happened before with Nvidia GPUs that are running out of date drivers. Are the drivers in Parrallels up to date? I am not very well experienced with using Parallels on an Apple machine to run PC titles, is it a software layer used within OSX, or is it like using dual boot/bootcamp?

    Hi!

Thanks for responding. It is indeed a software layer and not like using a dual boot/bootcamp. As far as I know, all my drivers in Parallels are up to date as I have the most recent version.
