Something to note for Fusion TC

Hey RedLynx team, I play TC a lot on Evo and my favourite difficulty is medium. The problem I have is that when I search 'trials' 'medium' 'highest rated this month' There will be lots of medium tracks but with the Ninja tag. This is a problem because ninja is the difficulty higher than extreme. So to have it possible to mis lead people like that is very frustrating when all I wanna do is play some ninja tracks.

Even if you can change it in Evo would be great because I don't know why it's even like that. Just thought I'd mention that error

P.S. didn't know where to post this. Because I wanted to suggest something to consider for Fusion but also note a fault in Evo so if any moderator or RL wants to move it if this is the wrong place then that's fine.

    I see what you mean.
This problem can easily be avoided is ninja difficulty were to be made an official in-game difficulty, not even for single player, for track central

I think a good idea would be a filter system of sorts..using your example venomz,if the Ninja Tag is used, then it should unhighlight/block being able to use other certain tags..ie,If ninja was the first choice, then it should only highlight the option to tag things like extreme etc..
I know this is down to builders perception of how they think tracks are to be tagged, but i think things like NINJA,then there is only certain other tags that could go alongside this..
I hope ive explained this properly..
Also,we as a community in the forums etc, are really a small percentage of riders/builders that truley understand how to tag tracks we build...
It would make a good post i think if a few if the better builders and riders got together and explained this in a thread..it could be called simply,' how to use and Tag tracks properly'

I agree the ninja tag should be dropped for the next game. As HaydnM said, even if there are no ninjas in the single player again, allow it to be chosen for customs as a difficulty, not a tag - I think maybe a lot of people didnt really understand that it just means a track harder than extreme, and thought it was more to do with how acrobatic they can make people use the bike

Yea, I was just trying to say that people technically might be thinking 'okay so beginner meaning ninja lvl 1' in other words, an very easy ninja . Easy is lvl 2 (don't even know what each lvl means but just using an example) and saying that it's an easy ninja... Medium for lvl 3, hard lvl 4, extreme lvl 5. Just a thought but it just makes trying to enjoy playing TC very hard when I can't even just find what I enjoy.

They could possibly make it so that the user doesn't choose the difficulty, but they use a formula on the average faults people get. For example if over 90% 0 fault then it's beginner, 75%-90% easy... 35%-75% medium... 15%-35% hard then 3%-15% be extreme. If 0%-3% can then it should be a ninja I guess, I know that's just an example and wouldn't work I doubt but just an idea that could be expanded and made better.

I just meant that, though it's obvious to people here what it means it isn't to others. Maybe 1 ingame ninja track in fusion would clear it up more.
But yeah I agree venomz, letting people label their track "easy" and then tag it as a ninja was never a good idea.

I like the idea of Ninja being an official selectable difficulty for the track as opposed to a tag.

I just believe good ninja tracks are very far and few between. Because of this, it's definitely apparent that the tags area, and of course the ninja tracks, need to be tweaked

I just think the word 'ninja' as well doesn't really state 'how difficult a track is' even tho obviously in a bike game a ninja is just doing some crazy shiz. Maybe RedLynx have already done it but possibly change it to another word instead like 'ultimate' 'ultra' 'insane' or something along those lines...
