I didn't make it super clear what is going on with Willy's promotion, even to him, but it basically amounts to this:

Forum users in need of forum advice are best served by asking a moderator.
Forums moderators in need of QUICK forum advise will be best served by asking Willyumz.
If Willyumz can't help them, or if Willyumz needs help, then I can help.

Not that anyone should hesitate to send me, or Shogun or Blue, a PM, but you will likely get a quicker response during the Holidays, and with Frontier being in soft launch, if you ask Willyumz first.

He's been a mod for a while, he knows what he is doing, and I trust in his judgement. Also, being a Community Leader is still a volunteer position.

When Fusion comes out we'll have players from 4 different platforms. It will be an exciting time. It's possible that there will be a need to expand on the moderation team, and having experienced CLs will help with the, possibly, new Mods being made familiar with... Well, all of the things set aside that they are expected to know.

Moderation isn't as easy as people think, and it's not a job mods catch much 'thanks' for. But Willy gets it, and this is one way of showing our appreciation for the time he has spent volunteering on our forum.
