"Industry standards" mean that it's a proven method. F2P works. That's all there is to it
Here's how it's comparable: we are hardcore trials fans- making a plea as did the xbox fans...hence this petition- due to the fact that we feel wronged for such a decision. You should understand if you're a true fan. Im doneOriginally Posted by InquisitorFIN
As much as you try to undermine the value of my opinion, that is still not comparable. It's not even remotely the same.
If I could buy this with one payment only I would, as it stands, I will not buy this ever which surely must mean that RL will not make as much money as im sure there are many with my opinion?
I like Jamaican's idea of keeping it f2p but also giving the option to buy outright.
The so-called "whales" (people who spend enormous amounts of money on f2p titles) more than make up for the people who do not wish to spend anything. This is more profitable in the long run.Originally Posted by shakeyclaret

This is my petition:
Just one gas can to play any track, doesn't matter if its a Tier I or Tier III track...
Personal opinion is that there are too many things involved on the gameplay... gas cans, gems, coins, those bike parts for upgrade, upgrade waiting time <<< really???)
I do think that the best option is delete the gems and let only coins as unique way for upgrade, gas, bike parts, upgrade "waiting" time, etc...
Probably next weekend I will make a review.

No. The consumer does not have a choice of how long they want to play a game for, unless of course they choose to keep paying and paying money which is the inherent problem here.Originally Posted by InquisitorFIN
No cause is lost (or "silly") if there is but one fool left to fight for it. Games are meant to be played the way the consumer wants to play them, whether in bursts or in long sessions. This business model forces the consumer to keep paying more than usual for this privilege and that is why an enthusiast would complain. The truly silly thing to do would be to NOT complain about something you do not like.Originally Posted by InquisitorFIN

2. I WON'T be able to do so because of its business model
3. Therefore, I WILL be "missing out on a trials game"
-If we lived in a world where we gave up on things because we are not satisfied with them then we'd be living in a terrible world indeed.
The OP has a right to ask for an option to buy a full version of the game ONCE. My ideal solution would be to include it as an exclusive bundle with trials fusion(with both games' prices included), thereby not affecting the casual F2P market while simultaneously rewarding the trials fans who want frontier as well.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we encourage players to tell us what they like and don't like about Trials Frontier. We appreciate the feedback.
As cool as this game is, I refuse to sit here and play the game for like 20 minutes then have to wait hours until my fuel is refilled. Makes me just not want to play at all. It's a shame because it's a nice addition to the Trials franchise but I am not going to pay money every time I want to play more than 5 tracks.
