I'm an atheist but O...M....G!!! this is probably one of the best features that X1 has to offer for me!so it kinda automaticly "saves" sweet replays n stuff. i like the menue of it, seems to be made easy for everyone
wow, so the "trials evo/fusion editor tutorials and customobjects - how to" videos are possible. just in case you have more than 5. minutes^^
do you know how long 1 clip can be at max.?

Well, it says you can have multiple clips, each one is 5mins max I think. So in theory, it could be any length I guess. You'd need to look at the video editor tool and see if it limits the length/number of clips. Its up to 5 minute chunks. But you can upload those to SkyDrive and access it thru your PC to edit it all however you want, and upload wherever you want. Or make it easier on yourself and just get a capture card.

I don't understand the Upload studio or DVR stuff on the XB1, but I have the ElGato, so it doesn't really matter. I'm sure it works great, I'm just getting too old to try to figure out these new-fangled devices.
I did check out Forza and Ryse. Forza is awesome, and Drivatar works great. It just shows me how often my friends use other people as their brakes and like trading paint instead of having a good clean race.(morrillo, Deliverence, FatShady.... Looking at you three!)
Ryse looks nice. It feels like a huge RTE though, so if that's your thing it's done pretty well.
Haven't had a chance to dive into AC4 on XB1 yet.
Played around a bit with Killer Instinct, makes me wish MS would have sent me one of those "Have KI for FREE" codes. But they didn't. So if you have one and decided to go PS4 instead of XB1...
All told, I am enjoying my time with the XB1, though I have been a bit confused by the dash. After using the 360's dash, it's basically inevitable that something this different yet the same will be confusing.

So does how does the new friend system work? Is the friend list expanded only on xbox one or on both consoles now? What happens if you log into xbox360 and you have 200 people in your friends list?
