This is very hard to explain so I will link a very short YouTube video showing the issue that I am having.
The game loads up perfectly fine and works as it should until I begin a track. At this point the game starts glitching massively. It flashed what appears the be the first frame of the track constantly over the top of the track whilst I am trying to play it. It happens in all the menus thereafter. Once this has started, I cannot remove it other than restarting the game, and the issue occurs consistently every time I load up ANY track.
I have an Nvidia GT635M and the Nvidia GeForce Experience software, and I have been told that by adjusting certain settings on that I may be able to solve the problem, however, I can't seem to get anything to resolve the issue.
Mobile video chipsets can behave differently than their full sized cousins, but this looks almost like horrendous artifacting. I will admit that this isn't exactly my area of expertise, but:
How much dedicated memory does your your GPU have 've seen everything on this model from 0 dedicated to 2gb)?
Do you have NGFE set to download BETA drivers?
Has this happened from the first time you installed the game?
When did you first install the game?
1. I believe it has 1GB of dedicated RAM, but it may be 2. I'm not 100% due to slight model changes. (EDIT: Sorry, just the 1GB)
2. I did yes, however I have now installed the latest stable version (331.82). Still the same issue.
3. I have not had this issue since I installed the game. I tried playing it about a month ago and go this result so I just left it and have only just come back to it now.
4. I first installed it about a year ago, maybe just less?
recently i switched too win8.1 and did some stuff with my drivers
and my game did something very similar in windowed mode when it didn't before
i also had an issue long ago, where if i didn't selected maximum preformance textures wouldn't load properly and stuff like terrain could get a part of the texture of for example a metal panel, the small things can do it, got to love pc gaming
