For whatever reason, I can't access the youtube app (also revision3 for a day or so) on 360 with my gold account. Tells me the service is unavailable. Yet, a friend's gold account on my console can access it with no problem. Has anyone else had this kind of issue, and maybe have an idea of how to fix it? I've already tried all the usual "fixes". Re-downloaded app, cleared cache, formatted HDD, re-downloaded profile. No luck.
I'm not so much bothered that youtube doesn't work, Its that my account is screwed in some way. I'm worried it may be affecting me in other ways I've not yet noticed. I really don't wanna have to pay for another gold account.
Try contacting their support team via Twitter or the official site. You seem to have tried everything.
YouTube hasn't been working for me lately on most devices. X360, Note 2, iPad, PC... I think they may have been having some issues.
But it works on my xbox with another account. Its just mine that wont work. I've even tried loading with the other account, then signing mine in. Botches the whole thing.Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai

if you don't have any internet issues i'd recommend to delete your profile and download it again, delete the system cache and if it still won't work, then if i'm right you can go to "setting"/"storage" and highlight the HDD, then press LB,LB,RB,RB and X to download the xbox update again
