If it was so simple, people would have helped you:

1. Not everyone issues with the game.
2. Not everyone has the same issue as yours.
3. Not very many people actively post here.
4. If I/we knew the answer we would have told you.
5. Making a 2nd thread isn't gonna make it any quicker.

This is one of the most helpful communities of people I know, it's just not hundreds of people posting and visiting each day.
