I have this stupid problem and ive seen many people talk about it, noone says how to fix it, and i think its a big issue, i bought tege about 2 weeks ago and it simply doesnt work. i press play at steam uplay comes up, steam says im ingame, but nothing happens, no game comes up. If you wont help me soon i will try to get a refund and i will know not to buy any games from you nor ubisoft since you are not doing anything to help, ive seen some of you post "send us crash reports" but why wont you announce what was the issue, maybe some of us has the same and it would be much simpler and easier to do so. Help me asap.
I don't want to sound rude but maybe you should have posted about this 2 weeks ago?
Please try downloading Uplay from the Uplay website. Make sure your drivers are up to date. Try launching Steam as Admin.
i will try to download uplay from uplay website, and i always run steam as admin, ill give feedback asap

Are you sure your computer is meeting the required specs? Which driver version are you running? At least the latest Nvidia drivers are not stable and can cause problemsOriginally Posted by ratox
Except if you have Nvidia ofcourse....then try an older driverOriginally Posted by ShiftySamurai
Look in the config file (documents/trials gold edition/config) and make sure the resolution is the same as your screen and maybe try changing it to window mode.
Could be you have to completely reinstall windows too, I had to do it once bc uplay messed up the game in some way and I wasn't able to start it anymore...
Im running on AMD Radeon 6450 with latest drivers.Originally Posted by InquisitorFIN
im not reinstalling windows because of one game when i have about 1 TB of files on it. Either i get help to sort this issue or i will try to get a refund and both redlynx and ubisoft will lose a customer.Originally Posted by basslineux001
For someone who needs help with a game you really don't post alot of info for someone to help you. If you expect them to help you without any info about your system, any specifics on the problem and what you have already tried well...I guess you don't know how complicated pc's can be
