    Logitech F710 gamepad problem.

Hello.I bought this gamepad just to play Trials better but I can't make its settings truly. For example when I press one of the triggers it sees it as a normal button. Not a trigger.I press it smoothly but bike goes the fastest.Shortly nothing more than a keyboard button. How can I make its set-up ? Can you guys help me please.

    Re: Logitech F710 gamepad problem.

Isnt there a switch on your controller to set it to xinput? Don't know if that will really help tough...

You can also try downloading x360ce, you can set up all controls in that program for your controller.
I recommend downloading the 32 bit library (64bit doesnt seem to work stable) with the x360ce app so you can configure your controller more easily

    Re: Logitech F710 gamepad problem.

I think you just have to download this

    https://x360ce.googlecode.com/files/...-2.1.2.191.zip
    https://x360ce.googlecode.com/files/...lib32_r766.zip

put it into folder where trials.exe is. Then plug your controller in, open the .exe file, create the files that are missing. Click next if it asks you about searching the files. If the light of the controller turns green it should work in game and if it still doesn't work could be you have to change it in the settings then.

I did everything what you said.It searched for settings also created files and was green. However game doesn't run when I put x360ce files into folder where trials.exe is.It gives .dll errors.I put it out back to desktop.Game ran but controller didn't work again anyway.Triggers were still running as a button.

Hmm maybe you need a different version of the program then. Maybe the 64bit one works for you. I remember I had to spend some time to get it working too, trying different versions. I think it still gives me an error when I use it when I start the game but it works. I'll have a look at my setup when I have the time

The files always have to be in the folder where the .exe file is, from the game you want to use it or it won't work at all.

Ah I found the solution. There were C++ update missing on my computer.I installed it and it worked. However when I try to set up my controller.Triggers are seen as both axis 3.It effects the game. When I start playing bike automatically goes backwards.I think it's because triggers are both seen as axis 3.I can't edit it.How did you do that can you explain ? All other buttons and slides are fine but triggers... ^^
