Even though I really don't understand why there is such a big fuss about the donkey not being in the game and why some people only use the donkey...I still think it is a cool bike so put my name down as well. TheSlimReeper.

EDIT: I do disagree though with making the donkey usable in every track, after all only around 100-200 people out of the whole community use the bike 24/7. It is best for the devs to please the majority, so their game keeps on going strong, whether it is or not.

Not sure if this has been mentioned because I haven't read the whole thread, but I think there's no point in signing a petition. Before release RL said that the donkey "wouldn't be included at launch" which says to me that they always planned to release it at some point. It's just another thing that wasn't finished in time. Feels to me that they should have also said "this game won't be finished at launch." lol.
