    Re: Will Fusion use the "Snowdrop" engine?

    Whatever engine they end up using, if they manage to fix bad looking/flickering shadows and smoke etc, and add a vastly improved toolset for objects/terrain/water, it doesn't have to be crazy realistic graphics, as long as it looks good as a whole.

    XB1 had a terrible launch line-up, not one game made it over a 70% rating on Metacritic. Not that I am a proud supporter of metacritic but if even the gaming press widely agrees they are bad games then they must be abysmal in quality and design by my standards.
    except metacritic is the worst thing that happened to gaming critic
    whats the use of an arbitrary score anyway, no one benifits from it and its even damaging for the industry
    the sooner scores stop existing the better

    Yeah, Bullet Physics Library Engine it is, and of course using the same engine again reduces development time. Just hoping it can cut objects simple dynamically, can change color on every textile on an object, with no texture lag, and it ready to go baby engine!

    You dont even have either console, so how can you truly tell which one has better games? Are you talking AAA launch games or the next year of games? Next 5 years? Are you including PSN and XBLA games? You're talking out of your *** if you think either has "better games". It will boil down to which platform has the games people want to play, which will be different for everyone.

    Wait!
    First of all, this is a 2.5 month old reply.

    Second, I was not saying this from my taste, I was referring this how the general public audiences & reviewers said (as from 2.5 Months).

    Like I said, I am not a proud supporter of metacritic, but it is good for a quick idea of what the critics think.

    what critics? you mean those people that played a few hours of the game and wrote a bad article
    or the user rewiews that might actually be even worse because they could have written their oppinion without even playing the game and thats not even counting pr trying to boost score with good reviews and people trying to counter it with bad scores

    Yeah, I've noticed that with 'big' gaming critics like IGN. They never play through any game before they review, they just rush it out in less than 24h, which is not true reviewing. I've seen so many 6-7 scores, and looking at the reviews, I see them on the beginning of the game, not midway or near the end. They didn't even knew anything about the trials core, they do it just like Achievement Hunter by playing bad tracks instead playing hard and extreme SP tracks, but even Trials HD and Trials Evo got 9.0 and 9.5 score, but without knowing the main core about them.

    IGN truly shows how they follow their fans to keep famous and spamming 20+ videos per day, instead making anything professional.

    One of the worst reviews I say from the 'big' critics is GTA V. It is wayyyyy overrated, since it teaches millions of people about bad language and crime, which can still affect matures, plus the game has lots of bugs, but that's sometimes even making scores higher seeing IGN making GTA V money glitch videos.

    Metacritics=Misleading.
