That's actually really good. In 7th grade, I set the school record for the 2 mile in 11:10.

That means you ran each mile in exactly 5 minutes and 35 seconds.

I call bull.

a 5 minute mile for an average person is a full on death sprint. unless you were in track, then in that case it may be a possibility

I don't know why you are calling his time bull. He ran 2 miles in 13:00 that is an average speed of 9.23mph. As I said in my first post I ran 3.1 miles (5k) in 19:38 which is an average speed of 9.47mph. So I ran slightly faster and for over a mile more. ClutchMystaFlex's time seems totally legit to me.

Clutch isn't bulling. I run a 5:08 mile and a 11:10 2 mile as of 7th grade.
