I was just wondering if there are any runners on the redlynx forums. I started running this year in February and run 6 times a week and I am joining a running club tomorrow. Also I just did my 10th parkrun (5k) yesterday in a time of 19:38 which I am very happy with![]()
I ran like 2 miles once. Took me like 13 minutes or sumthin. Idk why I think that's good but y'know.. 2eZ?
I speed.. Run.
I run occasionaly
I went to a Triathlon once. It didn't go very well...![]()
London 2012 Xbox 360 game. Vancouver 2008 Xbox 360 game. Fifa 1999 Playstation 1 game. Fifa street Playstation 2 game. I've done it all. Also I ran a scan and a defrag on my computer if that counts as running something.
Jokes aside the most I've ran in a row is like 1.6km, but in games of football (soccer to Americans) I have probs ran a good 10-15km in a row. As for a hobby, no I don't find it enjoyable as I could easily buy a treadmill and multitask and not have to worry about getting dirty trainers LOL
I used to do a lot of track and field during school. I set the school record for the mile when I was in 6th grade. Of course the school was only 2 years old.... Now, I work in construction all day, I dont need more exercise.
I used to do 14km nearly everyday after work. Not for competition or anything just for fitness. I never tried to push too hard, would do it in about an hour on average. I'd need to lose a few pounds to be able to do that again, haven't done any running like that since late 2011 early 2012.
My real love was swimming used to do 30-50 laps in the mornings - could do alot more but gets boring staring at the bottom of an olympic pool for that long. i switched to swimming in ocean after a while which was really enjoyable until i found out there were sharks where I used to swim
I haven't done any swimming in years would probably be puffed out after two laps now![]()
That's actually really good. In 7th grade, I set the school record for the 2 mile in 11:10.Originally Posted by ClutchMystaFlex
Running... it's bad for you. I just wrecked my knee through running 6 days a week, so the doctor says I can't run for 2 months. I guess I might have to get the Xbox out the cupboard again![]()
That means you ran each mile in exactly 5 minutes and 5 seconds.Originally Posted by MTSuonare22

a 5 minute mile for an average person is a full on death sprint. unless you were in track, then in that case it may be a possibility
