Does pending mean that you have sent out the recalculation or that person is on hold to be recalculated, because I talked to Snason vT and he said he never got the pop-up saying that his score is being recalculated.

"Pending" means that the gamertag has been submitted for recalculation. According to the data on the server Snason vT was submitted for recalculation on September 25th. I have also submitted him again along with the other two today.
