Free to play and time limited - shame on you!

    http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/20...s-free-to-play
RedLynx have well and truly abandoned any values they once had.
Pay to have more time? Get real.
I was so disgusted by this it actually made me sign back into these forums for the first time in ages.
Now I've done that I don't think I'll be signing in ever again.

Free to play, you don't have to buy anything, ever.

Well, reduced to one trials game I guess, would rather just pay a standalone fee

As opposed to no fee at all? Really? huh. Strange.

Well done for making me log in again!
I may not HAVE to buy anything, but I would have to pay to play as much as and when I wanted and that is bull****.
You already ruined 1000 Hero's with free to play crap.
Frontier will not get a look in from me.
A paid app might have tempted me back into supporting RedLynx, freemium rubbish will not.

With that I bid you all good day and good luck.

Actually YOU want to pay once and be done with it. But you dont speak for everyone. A lot of people like F2P as evidenced by the success of F2P.

I don't have a card to just sit nd make charges when I feel like playing more, I would have easily paid a £6.99 like all the other top Apps, but not a chance now

You'll be at home on Fusion most of the time. The free time is likely to be enough for you to use anyway, unless you only use your mobile device to play trials on. So as a secondary trials game to play, you will get it for free. How is that a bad thing?
