Agreed... I was thinking "Yay a Trials championship, hope the tracks will be good to speedrun", and then I see a track from the solo. Honestly, I consider that like great laziness. It won't be a disaster if they create a track specially for the championship. How disappointing.Originally Posted by ChicagoAJ
This championship seemed to be interesting when it was announced... Well, I won't keep an eye on it anymore. I'm sorry but this is my actual opinion about all that stuff.
Yeah, its so bad they're focused on making the next trials game instead of taking time away from that to make a track for a comp. I'd much rather they made a track for this than work on making Fusion the best they can.Originally Posted by oRziPsyKoZ![]()
Then why did they make this championship if they don't have enough time to do it right?Originally Posted by Barrybarfly
Seriously we 're not asking for a masterpiece of a track but couldn't someone make a flowy line with some basic decoration like the original tracks from crash county? Would take roughly 2 to 4 hours. Hell they could have even picked a pre existing custom track and it would've seemed less lazy.
Why is using a track everyone should be familiar with in some way lazy? More importantly, why is everyone focusing on that, rather than the extremely impressive selection of prizes on offer? Sometimes I wonder if everyone is happier moaning than they are trying to win themselves an amazing prize.Originally Posted by stiggyhead
Frankly, if I was RL I'm not sure I would bother running a comp at all given the negative reactions pervading the forums regarding this comp. The lack of gratitude shown is very disappointing to me. I wish I had any hope of winning this comp, but I dont and I'm STILL really happy to see Ubi/RL take the time to run such an awesome comp for their community.
Because not everyone is actually familiar with that track. Some like it and some hate it like with other tracks. I barely play it while others probably grind it for hours.
A new track would have eliminated this variable and made the qualifier more fair to everyone.
Also, call it moaning or lack of gratitude but, i'm voicing my opinion. Which in this case & subject isn't positive.![]()
We all had a year and like two months to play the track and get familiar with it. If you didn't play it a lot through out that large span of time, then its pretty much your guy's fault.Originally Posted by stiggyhead

I do agree with you that a totally new track would be a lot better for a competition like this, because riders would have to learn a new track, find new timesavers, and etc.Originally Posted by stiggyhead
Some PC players have had half that time. And even less from not experiencing trials HD until nowOriginally Posted by iStriide
Imagine how some from the gold community feel, Knowing that It will be xbox and PC members combined in the final at paris.
Where in actual fact it's going to be xbox players representing the xbox, and xbox players representing the PC, wait what.
I'm the guy who analyzes and looks at things from all angles.
I support RL regardless, So lets just all smile like barry is trying to get across and be happy for the event.
