I can almost guarantee that's going to happen. Either way, Supercross is ******ed.Originally Posted by NSPIVeNoMz
Well if you have that much of an issue with it, then dont enter. Its your call. But the rules are the same for everyone, so hopefully you can all enjoy the comp and think about the prizes you could win! Even if the discipline isnt your favourite aspect of trials. Hopefully all the top guys (including yourself AJ) enter and make the best of the comp.![]()
I already qualified for the semi's. So I'm entered, lol. Won't get through Supercross though.
Anything can happen. Consistency is the key to it. If you're clean you have a chance. So its a risk reward style of game mode. Do you attempt that risky timesaver, or play it safe and avoid faulting? It should be quite interesting to see who takes what strategy. I'm guessing you guys will all take the balls to the wall approach and go for any timesaver you can! lolOriginally Posted by ChicagoAJ

Why couldn't it have been any other track aside from Out of the Pit? Last 2 hill climbs kills any decent runs i have up to that point. Gave my best on Under Construction and didn't make it so that's understandable but TWC2 feels like a cheater lol.
No matter, ill be surprised if i qualify anyway and like some other people, i don't expect to get far on SX either.
I think the issue here is that the tournament is for people over the age of 18, but no one over the age of 12 actually plays supercross.
The first post you've ever made that I legitimately found funny.Originally Posted by YeahImAwesome
As for what Aj said: He's right (besides the checkpoint thing; that only happens in local Supercross). Supercross suffers from a poor camera angle, and the random factor of who's closest to the camera (which is a huge advantage).
In any competitive environment, random factors should be avoided. And tire glitching is somewhat random as well, but it's certainly prevalent. How messed up would it be if the difference between a win or a loss is a tire glitch; something the player has almost no control over? Random factors like this are why the semi-finals should be much more thorough.
Yes it is, far worse then any single player track.Originally Posted by Barrybarfly

Sorry but i strongly disagree with about everything Barry said.. Supercross isnt trials, its just not.
@xzamplez Many sports semi final stages can be affected by home advantage, weather or other random factors. Including outdoor trials. And the tire glitching could happen on any track, not just SX.
I realise a lot of you arent happy about the SX element of this, but its going to be the same for all of you, so my advice is to get some mates in a lobby and run a bunch of SX to get used to it! Make the best of what you feel is a bad situation.![]()
