    Per the Rules
**Each week, Entrants can compete to get a top six time on each week’s track. A new
track of the game will be featured each week.
**A total of Twelve (12) Entrants from each platform (PC and Microsoft Xbox 360) will quality for the
    Semi-Final detailed below.

    So Xbox UC = 6 qualifiers, Xbox WOTN = 6 qualifiers, PC UC = 6 qualifiers, PC WOTN = 6 qualifiers = 24 total (12 xbox 12 pc)
Thank you my good man. Is there a date listed? I don't have a passport, and I don't want to buy one until I know that I qualified.
Quick scan, i didnt see a date for the finals, but to be honest, you might be better off just getting one anyways.... they can take awhile to get to you even if you expedite it. Also they last like 7 or 10 years, you'll most likely need it at some point.

    Edit: scanned right over it
** The Grand Final will be played live in Paris at the “Paris Games Week” show between October
    30th, 2013 and November 3rd, 2013.
Hey, I appreciate the responses, but I was talking about the semi-finals. I really don't want to spend the money unless I know that I'm going, but the time between the semis and the event are too close. I'm not sure I'll be able to make it, even if I qualify.

How is that considered bashing somebody? Even in the most drastic way I wasn't bashing anybody. I just thought it was funny because he's 22. Sorry for sharing my opinion lol?

It was a general comment referring to the whole quoted section, not specifically your post. Mainly the first two posts of the quote.

I bet the top players are happy to finally cash in on almost 2 full months spent playing a video game.
I guess there's no "time in editor" rebate being offered....just a shtty wrench.

Considering 2 of them can't go, nope.

Why do you feel the need for there to be a reward for it to be worthwhile? People spend hours speedrunning/doing ninjas/building tracks, because they enjoy it. It's as simple as that.

REDLYNX: When is the semi-finals!? I've been talking to others, and the date will determine whether they can even purchase a passport or not.

    @xzamplez:

    This might help: http://travel.state.gov/passport/get...here_4851.html

The way it works in my country is it takes 2-3 weeks,
but there is a procedure to speed things up to like 2-3 days (at extra cost)
Not sure if they have such a procedure in the USA as well.
And im not sure wether you would need a visa to enter the european union either
but i dont think so.. you could try calling the state department.

Personally i havent had an id card or passport in years.
Been expired for a long time and im not getting a new one until they remove the BS biometrics out of them..
im not a criminal, and i refuse to be treated as a suspect by my goverment.

You couldn't sense the sarcasm in my post? I didn't think someone actually tried to get better at Trials, in hopes of winning a computer.
If I made tracks for a wrench, I'd have to reassess my leisure time.
But, if you are good at something...it doesn't hurt to be recognized...video game or not.
