I don't know if this is only on gold, but when you play a custom supercross track on local mode with friends and you are on the last checkpoint the players can trigger a DNF (when they fault) until only one rider remains and that one has to finish the race alone.
I tested it a bit and it seems the DNF's happen when the first rider let's the other one fault by getting him out of the camera view. Does this only happen then? and why does this happen, doesn't seem really fair.
From what I've seen how the CP's work in supercross, people faulting outside camera view respawn when the first rider reaches the next CP. As there are no CP's left in the situation you described, no spawn happens. I think...
yeah sounds right how you explained it. That's why there are always checkpoints so close at the finish on in-game supercrosses. I sometimes wondered why they put a CP so close at the finish, now I knowOriginally Posted by InquisitorFINand good to know I can avoid it in my tracks because this problem got me angry a few times playing custom supercrosses

I had some weird experiences with local mp over on the 360 version. I got ahead of my friend and he went out of the picture, the game then instantly gave him 200 faults lol.
