Here's an interesting situational question......

Everybody slates MS and the XB1.

Another poll shows the platform likely to have the least Fusion players is XB1.

This poll shows XB1 games as being more anticipated than PS4 games.

So my question is this. What will these games be played on if noone wants an XB1?

All good natured, dont go starting a war! I just find it funny that things have changed so much and so quietly. There's no real PS4 hatred like there was towards the XB1, but people are filtering back to the XB1 slowly but surely. Its just an observation.

Personally speaking, Ms made a few errs to start, but realised they couldn't just force their draconian ways onto us and have changed tack on a few things.Fair play to them for that.I've enjoyed my time with the Xbox platforms, and bar something truly disastrous happening, will stick with them (if/when I upgrade).

Sony just took advantage of the situation as best they could, couldn't really blame them I suppose.

You made a good point somewhere Baz, I also hope both systems do well, to enable strong healthy competition, and for the boundaries to be pushed regarding the quality of games.

Not launch titles, but would look forward to new Deus Ex, Fallout and Thief games, and is there a new Trials game on the horizon?

I always knew an X1 was in my future. After all, that's where my friends are gonna be. And I already have XBL Gold. It's just a matter of when.

PS4 on the other hand, I'm intrigued by, but I never played PS much. Never had a PS1 or 3, and only played a handful of PS2 games. I'll probly get one some day, but not for at least a few years.

I picked up a PS3 a few onths ago to check out its exclusives and see what its like. I have to say, I've been very impressed with it and any issues I have with it have been addressed for the PS4. So it was a good buy in terms of research and has now left me in no doubt that I can get either system and be happy. So I'm going over to PS4 due in large part to the games I like on it and the developers (like Naughty Dog) that are exclusive to Sony.

Plus I can trade it in and use that money for nextgen games, so I'll recover some of the expense as well!

Hopefully my 360 and PS4 might cover my launch day games. :S lol

Firstly, you have exquisite taste, of course

Secondly, thats only if you mean primarily the old ones (except Fallout, everything Fallout is good...well, except that PS2 game focused on the Brotherhood of Steel). Deus Ex: Human Revolution was great, but is a devolution in design and a far cry from the original. New Thief game? It looks set to be absolutely terrible, I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. Square Enix are in the red and seemingly trying anything to reverse their situation, and it's horrifying since they hold the IPs of some of my most cherished franchises.

Since you apparently like First Person Role-playing Immersive Sims (the newer ones do not qualify, not sure if you have touched the older, more intelligent & entertaining ones), check out Arx Fatalis, System Shock 2 & Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. More mind sex for you.
