Presumably the operating temperature of electronics are tested in a "neutral" environment. So the console's operating temperature ALONE means that it wouldnt go above those temps. However, the room may effect it. So if the room is 25degrees, the console should be able to maintain close to that temperature as opposed to getting extremely hot and adding to the room temp. In other words, unless you stick it in a suana, it should be able to regulate its temperature to stay within those boundaries and without significantly adding to the temp of the room or running the risk of overheating.
