When I rage, I squeeze the pad as hard as I can and grit my teeth. I'm expecting to have a superman moment one day, where I get that mad I squeeze the controller and it just explodes in my hand lol
I don't rage, but as I can tell I am about to fault on a good run I just say "balls" repeatedly at a normal volume.
Side note: Playing last night I was trying to beat my time on Strike. My sister was watching me and as I was .2xx ahead I faulted on the last checkpoint and said "that was annoying as balls." So my sister glances casually in my direction and says "so not very annoying?" Pissed myself lol.
My go-to is screaming like a f***ing a**h*** at the top of my lungs. But sometimes things get rough, and that's when I need a change-up, so I throw a 50mph steamer at something very, very hard. These aren't the times for restraint. I need to beak something, NOW.
I did make the resolution to not break any more controllers though. Too expensive. And I'm not entirely crazy, I do realize that I'm not letting myself get that frustrated just over a game, and that its really just underlying issues that I'm avoiding or distracting myself from by playing this game that are pissing me off. Spending hours trying to beat your time on a track, only to fail, and realizing you're only doing it in the first place because your life sucks and you don't have much other choice is what really gets frustrating.
Lolololol
Almost broke my hand hitting my knee the other day.
People take trials way too seriously.![]()

I wouldnt say its rage, but when im nearly falling off something my voice goes really high pitch and I make strange sounds.
Rage is healthy, it shows you trying to do something to the best of your ability and when you fail it get's you pissed (Because you're applying all that effort), which makes you wan't to continue till you master dat ****![]()
Why are some of you guys throwing hardware when raging? I guess you need to play more Kinect games so nothing will be in your hands that will get thrown out.
