Meh. It is less polished though, even after patch notes that spanned pages, but that's the price to pay for a great game.

I've only briefly tested it since I don't own it myself. Haven't played long enough to form a proper opinion yet.

Very few have played that game. I like it, but it is flawed. Not worthy of the name Final Fantasy really but fun gameplay at times. Nice music if you are interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCfabGk9_ig

Yeah, all it has is gameplay really, besides one or two nice soundtracks.
Gameplay can easily stand on it's own though without a story, like Trials, but that's not really what one expects from Final Fantasy I suppose.
