Since we are really wanting shared track central & some people integrated leaderboards for Trials Fusion, and MS not allowing cross-platform play on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One with PS3/PS4, also same with Sony not allowing cross-platform with PS3/PS4 to Xbox Consoles, sign THIS PETITION on change.org to have bigger hope that RedLynx has a possibility to release Trials Fusion cross-platform.

It needs very many supporters. There's nothing RedLynx can do about it to make cross-platform happen currently, so it's all about Sony & Microsoft now.

I would rather there be a competitive market for games/game consoles to help further innovation in terms of both hardware and gameplay.

That doesn't mean the consoles will be worse when they work together. (plus, added something in the quote for clarity about this)

Like i said in another thread: With different controllers across all the platforms, including the world of options on the pc, having integrated leaderboards, would be a really bad idea, it would basically kill the leaderboards from the get go.

That being said, having an integrated Track Central across all platforms, would be The Best Idea Ever!!!

You should take an Econ. class to learn why this isn't a great idea. One aspect of why it shouldn't happen is because of the growth of consoles. With a singular company making systems, growth would slow and eventually halt because a company wouldn't have to do as much to please the fans. The singular company wouldn't have a reason to advance quickly because they'd have no one pushing them, so the consumer would be at the whim of the supplier. Also cost would be a huge issue. The reason why the consoles are so low (yes low) is because there is another company also selling consoles for a low price. If there was one company they'd be able to sell their console for almost any price, because they wouldn't have another equal competitor forcing a lower price. It's the issue of supply and demand. If only one company supplies a product when there is a huge crowd willing to buy, they can sell at higher prices. This is the same concept for games. It's why games are $60 now and haven't climbed in a little while.

So that's the long, winded reason why this shouldn't happen. I'm sorry...

Doubt it's gonna happen. Don't think such a petition could generate the numbers even if it were a remote possibility.
