They wont be. M$ doesn't allow cross-console communications. FFXIV isn't coming to 360/x1 for that very reason.

With different controllers across all the platforms, including the world of options on the pc, having integrated leaderboards, would be a really bad idea, it would basically kill the leaderboards from the get go.

Me I am not going to buy a next gen console and judging by trials gold my pc couldn't handle it.

Yup, the leaderboards would be killed, and the worst part is that people would hack it from PC and also influencing the console LB experiences, and console times 20% faster than PC keyboard times. The only thing for a must-have in trials fusion is integrated Track Central, others I don't care.
