Can't be done mate, not on xbox anyway and I'm guessing PC is the same. Only way to build as a team is to share an account.

Maybe you can try this to share favorites (like parts of the driving line and put them back together or something) and you can share background stuff Sharing custom objects, there's a website for that!

Simply answer is no.

You can maybe use a website like http://www.filefactory.com to share the file and let the other download the file and continue there, but it cannot be the same time.

I think save files and tracks are encrypted in a certain way they can't be shared directly (theres long codes in those save folders I believe are bound to your account) favorites aren't

Like cruelty says, sharing an account might the only way and I dunno if that is allowed on the EULA or TOS of uplay etc.

Objects themself can be shared like the prefabs site, you can make objects/groups/glues, and share them and place them together later.
