How can I make the effect to make the rider and general foreground dark, and the background light and colourful.
Something similar to this.

The sky and ground ambient light should be black. You can also go with zero sun or moonlight. If you choose to go with either, make sure the sun or moon is behind the rider, so he won't become lit. I'd upload some screenshots, but my tablet is messing up. Let me know if this works for you.
