    It has begun!

I think it would be neat to see some short films created using the editor. Jef Crisis created a video to promote
his new skill game (Wuacamole) that featured a short scene created in the Evo editor. It dawned on me that this
could add a whole new dimension to this already diverse game. These would have to be submitted into
skill games for now but if they caught on perhaps they could have their own category on Fusion.
Comedy, drama, horror, action, artsy, I'd love to see what people would come up with!

What do you guys think? Does this sound like something you'd want to see?

Sounds awfully complicated to me, but then again, I can barely get a car to go straight!

There you go. I'd love to see your video of the car going straight down the road.
Begin with the text "He lived a life of crime but now he's going straight!".
Car goes straight down the road, fade to black.....Fin.....Bravo!

Gripping storyline, I especially like the part where he went down the road

    A true masterpiece.

    And then, boom!

I was only going to give you three stars for your movie but that explosion at the end bumped it up to four!

    Re: Bad idea!

I awoke this morning thinking, that sounds like a horrible idea! I guess that's why they always say you should sleep
on it. You have that moment of clarity when you first awake.
Today's brilliant idea, "Don't Move Basketball".......Someone did that? Damn!
Ah ha! "Don't Move Impossible Stairs Basketball". Now I've got something.

Don't Move, Impossible Stairs-Basketball...Ninja. Guaranteed highest rated of all time combination right there

On a serious note, the idea isn't bad at all, but the editor doesn't lend itself well to such things. Sure it's doable for those with the inclination and the patience, but too much of a PitA to me. Maybe Fusion will simplify alot of the complexity associated with moving objects and scripting.

A higher level of abstraction in the editor for example that would allow one to do things like draw a simple path that would move/rotate objects without having to wire them up and wrestle with local/world coordinates would go a long way towards making this goal achievable by more people. Would at the very least reduce time required in the editor to do alot of things.

    Anyway I'm just waffling now...

Xl R4giNG lX has started the trend, probably belongs in skill games but whatever.
