We are aware of this issue and I have sent message about this onwards. Just posting so that you know![]()
For me, it DID work perfectly when I was on 4g/LTE networks.....and it was only when hopping onto a airport hotspot. I did accept the Terms of Service while I was in Laguardia I believe, but it still didn't work. At the other airports I don't recall any Terms of Service...in fact what I was trying to get on may not have even been the airports wifi...but some "other" unsecured wifi.Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
All I can say for sure...is with or without any Terms of Service......while hopping on an UNsecured wifi at these various airports....it would almost instantly crash and close after the boot screen. I HAVE used the game at my gym (which worked fine)....that was also UNsecured. I don't know the differences in the wifi routers/hotspots themselves beyond what I've mentioned.
Maybe someone can take a trip to a local airport with their phone and see what happens??
Thank your for that post JonneHu! We who are without Properly working Heroz appreciate it.
As we are all having problems at the same time in different countries it would point to a problem occurring at or after the point that our connection hits redlynx servers right?
I'm on an iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3. 1000 Heroz crashes to the home screen at the RedLynx (a Ubisoft studio) logo with wifi, and at the 1000 Heroz logo with 3G.
I just got it back! Yay. Thanks
Same here! Heroz HD is back online for me. Thanks to whoever put things right.
Problem should be now fixed like some of you already noticedThanks for your reports and help!
Now you have to know that my curiosity is definitely peeked, wondering if the solution was resolved with a little help from my feedback about the airport wifi's?? Regardless...I'm glad that its up again, and everyone ( I think ) gets to once again, enjoy competing.Originally Posted by JonneHu
Unfortunately (or fortunately?) problem wasn't with that.Originally Posted by RookyJ
