Few Issues in Trials Evolution: Gold Edition

I've just installed Trials Evolution: Gold Edition, and it works, but the frame skipping is very terrible, and it is like running 15fps, continuously when playing a track, and it interrupts me for speedrunning. How can I fix this issue?
I've turned down the resolution, shadows, but still no improved performance, and, the replay upload needs to be faster! I can't see my times till the next time I start up the game again.

    My dxidag:

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533)
Processor: AMD A4-3420 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 620
    Memory: 8192MB RAM

P.S. (Off topic) Add me please on uplay at BlastergamerX. I want to compete with people!

Sadly, Your computer probably isn't good enough to run it.

Go buy a computer for £1000 and it MIGHT be able to run it...

You know, PC computers are very cheap in my country. This pre-built PC did only cost 450$ or 300 pounds, and it could already run smooth on a 600$ or 400 pounds or less PC. Really, 1000 Pounds is way overpriced! But actually, my PC is a medicore one, but should run smooth on most games, but TE: GE was just not ported correctly, and that's affecting 80% of the people who bought this game.
