activation code not working | Forums

hi all,
i just bought trials evolution gold edition.
than you have to enter an keycode at uplay in order to activate the game but it says i enter the wrong code :$
i tried every possible solution and now my accound is banned for 60 minutes :@
what the hell is the problem??
i also updated uplay and trials so that's not the problem.
can anyone help me? thanks alot
