I'm curious how a new trials game can better trials evolution.

Trials evolution seems very close to the limit in terms of potential for this type of game. Hope I'm wrong though.

I have a feeling that minds are about to be blown... here are my predictions:

1. The jump from Evo to Fusion will be greater than the jump from HD to Evo.
2. The game will be a full retail release ($60)
3. Track Central and the Editor will be a lot smoother and be more user-friendly. The "lite" editor will allow new builders to accomplish more complex events more easily. TC will feature a lot more options for finding tracks.
4. Support for 8 players simultaneously online, 4 players local.
5. Native 1080p support on Xbox One and PS4.
6. Dreams will come true.

Just look at the "Fusion wishlist" and you'll see all the good ideas people have.
Graphically alone, there are a lot of improvements a next gen system can bring. A bigger budget should yield a more robust Trials experience all around.
I'd like to know how many people are working on this release, vs. Evo, vs. HD.

Yup, I hope RedLynx makes it a bit more friendly for new people joining Trials. (ex. PC, PS4 players)

No, I want online 128 players for Xbox One & PC, and 64 players for PS4!

Who cares about a little better graphics? The Trials Evo graphics is already enough, and that doesn't change the gameplay, only a few more pixels. Hasn't Evo already 1080p?
